Built on Trust. Evolved with Purpose.
Virtual e-Assist began with a commitment to exceptional executive support. What started as a service rooted in reliability, resourcefulness, and initiative has grown into something much greater.
Through years of working alongside executives and business owners, my responsibilities expanded from managing priorities to leading operations, solving complex challenges, and helping shape the businesses I supported.
That evolution was both intentional and organic, shaped by experience, adaptability, and clients who recognized my capabilities and gave me opportunities to grow.
Meet the Founder
Jenny Tsuruda | Founder & Strategic Operations Partner
Executive Experience. Entrepreneurial Perspective. An Owner's Mindset.
With over 20 years of experience working alongside C-suite executives and business owners, I've built my career at the intersection of strategy and execution.
My journey has taken me across industries, from healthcare and real estate to technology and private equity. Along the way, I've become the person executives rely on to anticipate needs, solve complex problems, lead initiatives, and bring structure to demanding environments.
As an entrepreneur myself, I understand that running a business requires more than managing daily operations. It takes thoughtful planning, adaptability, sound judgment, and the ability to see both immediate priorities and long-term possibilities.
Today, I bring that collective experience to my work as a fractional Chief of Staff and strategic operations partner—helping leaders move forward with confidence while remaining deeply invested in their success.
As Virtual e-Assist continues to evolve, my vision is to build a trusted team of professionals who share these values and deliver the same exceptional level of service. This next chapter will allow me to focus more deeply on strategic partnerships, consulting, and coaching while extending the capabilities and reach of the business.
